Paul Holland has provided services to all sectors in senior and executive management, career mentoring and in the use of social and interactive technologies to improve workplace performance and knowledge and information management. At AIM he is an Institute Fellow, lecturer in the Graduate School, a senior assessor, a course developer and facilitator.
While at ACID, Holland was involved in commercialising intellectual property, which had been created through applied research into new forms of human interaction, through technology.
Before establishing his own company, ‘Creativity Well’, in 2004, Holland spent five years as Chief Executive Officer of QANTM, one of Australia’s leading new media companies and a national Cooperative Multimedia Centre.
Prior to joining QANTM, Holland was general manager and executive producer for ‘ICE Media’ in Brisbane.
Holland has extensive experience in managing creative industries organisations in the private and public sector. He has been a Board Chair, Company Director, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, Executive Producer, Project Manager, Interactive Media Designer, Software Developer, Consultant, Lecturer and Teacher.
